Barely Adequate Bracket

Occasionally, stacking and shelving aren’t viable options. A tolerably flexible system of hanging that relies on standard installation methods and off-the-shelf parts (no pun intended) provides a passable alternative. The Barely Adequate Bracket works in several applications and directions - some better than others.

The brackets are made of quarter-inch plate steel, hand bent (to various degrees of success) and painted flat white. Two small holes on one end, sized for standard screws; one big hole on the other end, with clearance for one-inch diameter wooden dowel. Bracket lengths are loosely based on an arguably unremarkable module.
