A shelf, a room divider, a curtain storage area, a coat rack, this one has it all and more. Despite being pretty wobbly and crooked, it does a perfectly acceptable job of holding stuff, splitting a studio apartment in two, keeping curtains aside, and being a landing spot for all the offcoming layers and bags on the way in the door.
The partial split down the middle, and the curtains suspended between, mean that as an object it is both still singular and also multiple, with two distinct sides forming separated but similar experiences on each side.
